Transition Learning

Our Transition Learning programmes are designed to support young people  who may need extra time, structure, or guidance before progressing to further study, employment, or apprenticeships. These tailored courses provide a vital stepping stone for learners who are not yet ready to move directly into vocational or technical qualification.

Building Confidence and Progression

Transition Learning offers a supportive, inclusive environment where you can build confidence, improve core skills like English and maths, and explore vocational and technical pathways suited to your interests and strengths.

Whether you’re re-engaging with education, changing direction, or need more time to prepare for your next step, you’ll be supported every step of the way on your journey forward.

Helping you find your path

By the end of the programme, learners are equipped not only with essential skills and recognised qualifications, but also with the confidence and clarity needed to take their next steps. Whether that’s progressing onto further study, securing meaningful employment, or starting an apprenticeship. Transition Learning is designed to unlock potential and remove barriers, offering a personalised and supportive route into further education or the workplace.
